Bipolar

Sometimes there are things that are not meant to be seen ... these pictures were supposed to be one of them. It was just one of those days where it was too windy, too freezing and too grey outside so we were pretty much certain about the failure of this shoot. However, after giving a little vintage touch to the photos that would match the beautiful train-track scenery it kind a worked - even my potato face became a bit more "appropriate". For me it was funny to take pictures one day in a sexy-meow-wow-sort-of-outfit and the other day be in .. well, a sweater. I think something in me has changed because when in the past this was my comfort zone, it is not so anymore and you can definitely see it in the pictures. But don't be hasty, there is a long winter ahead so sweaters are not going anywhere .. they just might transform into a more sophisticated frame :)

PS: If you are a shorty as I am (well .. I guess 5'6'' is still considered short right?) it's NOT a good idea to wear cowboy boots. Oh my, how wrong was I about wearing them with a skirt! Thanks to the overall concept of the shoot it works as this "fashion-kind-of-edgy-but-actually-hidious" thingy so it's okay but in real life it's a big no-no! I'll happily run back to my JC's from now on .. :D No boots like these for me anymore!

What do you think about the overall idea of this shoot? Does it work for you? Are you a fan of cowgirl boots? Share your thoughts with me! :)
