Candy-colored walls

Hey-hey! 

Today I'm totally going to overload you with pictures, because during our photoshoot we found these amazing backgrounds and it was SO hard to choose among the shots! I tried to choose the best and most unique, which were also in the gif. 

 

What I wore? 

* Skirt - Terranova

* Shirt - Fordan

* Bag - vintage (and of course it belongs to R)

The weather today (to begin with) was SO warm that I honestly can say - it wasn't cold with only a shirt. About the shirt, I love the color so so much! I mean, it's pink and neon: what girl wouldn't love a combination like that! The outfit seemed a bit casual, but then I realized there's one thing missing: a hat. I seriously need to supply myself with bags, hats and other accessories, I have a deep lack of them right now! But to compensate that sad situation, I took R's suitcase which he found in the autumn from some fabulous vintage store. It just hit me how beautiful it actually looks! (or is it just my deep love for vintage items..)  Other thing I loved about today's shoot was the make-up. Unfortunately we failed taking a good photo of the make-up but that eye-liner is becoming more and more "my thing". Also, I bought that beautiful shade of lipstick few days ago - it's like a bit orange, but then again like light red. 

When talking about the surroundings, there was a good side and a bad side. The bad side was that the light was poor - it was very cloudy, no sunshine and so I looked very "off" in the photos. Then again, it's about the outfit and I guess you can see it properly :) What I did love, was the fact that we found the WALL! We just walked around, looking for nice backgrounds, and then we saw it - the striped, colorful wall. Isn't it just perfect??  I guarantee that I will do more shoots there because it looks way too awesome and makes the hole photo look interesting. It was funny how my skirt even matched the wall haha. Besides the colorful one, I've always loved these brickwalls or stonewalls that you can see on the photos as well. They bring up your outfit and make it just lovely! 

The warmer the weather gets, the more we like to walk around the city and find unique places to shoot at. I think it adds so much more to your photos than just taking pictures in your room etc. Sometimes it really pays of taking the time to do the shoot like that! :) 

To finish, I must show you something that makes my heart bounce - ducks! (Don't laugh at this!) We walked nearby the river and there are SO many ducks chilling around right now. We spent about half an hour just looking at them. They are so bold and aren't even afraid of people anymore. And how cute they are when they waddle around!  Here are my lovelies (okay okay there is one pigeon as well in the picture). 

By the way, have you seen my country flag? It's blue-black-white and it kind a got me wondering why the ducks aren't our national birds since they have the flag on their wings (but our national bird is smokeswallow). Anyways, last time I walked there, I even got some inspiration to play around with fake-feathers and maybe do some DIY project with it! I guess I have to observe these lovely ducks more to get inspiration.
